1. What kind of businesses do you work with?
Primarily digital marketing and creative agencies with teams of 2–20. We also work with consultants, coaches, and service-based businesses that have established revenue and are ready to build proper operational infrastructure. If you’re not sure whether you’re a fit, the discovery call will tell us both.
A VA executes tasks. An operations manager manages timelines. Opsync thinks at the strategy level — we assess your entire backend, design the system, build it, and train your team to run it. We operate more like a fractional COO than a support hire. The goal is to make ourselves unnecessary, not indispensable.
No. We can work with your existing tools, recommend the right platform for your business, or migrate you to ClickUp if that’s the right fit. The tool follows the strategy — not the other way around.
Project-based work — systems design, SOP creation, ClickUp builds — typically runs 4–8 weeks depending on scope and business complexity. OBM retainers are ongoing and usually begin with a minimum 3-month commitment.
Minimal. We do a thorough audit and discovery upfront so we can work independently. You’ll have visibility and approval points throughout, but we don’t need you in the details. That’s the point.
Every engagement includes full handoff documentation and a live team walkthrough so nothing is lost when we step back. For ongoing clients, we move into a retainer model — continued optimisation and operational support as your business evolves.
